Travelling with your dog

It is possible to take your pets to the Islands, we have two options available:

By Ship from Penzance: Scillonian III

Dogs (pets) must remain on a lead at all times and are not permitted where food is being served onboard.
Dog travel free onboard Scillonian III 

By Plane from Land's End Airport or Newquay: Skybus  

Our Twin Otter aircraft each contain an RSPCA approved animal box. This must be booked in advance by telephone. Travelling with your dog is currently only available from Land's End or Newquay Airports. 
Price: £31.50 each way per animal box on the Twin Otter from Newquay; £31.50 each way per animal box on the Twin Otter from Land's End; £64.00 each way per animal box on the "Islander" from Land's End - this is because Isles of Scilly Skybus have to remove two seats to put the animal box into the aircraft.

Service Dogs

Scillonian III
Service dogs for blind and/or deaf passengers and helping dogs for the disabled are permitted onboard Scillonian III and will be accommodated free of charge.

Skybus
Subject to availability, service dogs are permitted on all Skybus flights and will be accommodated free of charge.To ensure that all necessary procedures are completed passengers are required to advise us advance if they will be travelling with a service dog.
