Two small ground floor flats, one double bedded and one with twin beds, situated on the level near Porthcressa beach and a five minute walk from the quay from where boats depart for the other islands. The flats are close to the amenities, shops and restaurants of Hugh Town.
FLAT 1: A small flat for two persons. It has a bedroom, with a double bed. There is an en-suite shower room and a third room with a combined kitchen, dining room and lounge area.
FLAT 2: A small flat for two persons. It has a bedroom with 3ft twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a third room which has a combined kitchen, dining room and lounge area.
ALL FLATS have microwaves, colour TVs, radios, iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and an alarm clock.
For longer stays all linen is changed weekly and plenty of towels are provided and can be changed as and when needed.
There is an electricity meter in each flat which takes pound coins and power is charged at the standard rate.
Both flats are for non-smokers.
The flats have both been awarded three stars.
The property will be ready as soon as possible for arriving guests, therefore, departing guests are asked to vacate by 10am. Thurleigh are happy to look after luggage for guests arriving early or departure late.
